RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it back to Bokeelia Bag Company within 30 days of your original purchase date unless purchased as part of a sale or promotion. All items purchased at a 30% discount or higher are FINAL SALE.
For all return inquiries email hello@bokeeliabagco.com you must include your order number in the subject line!
Please note the following:

At this time we are not offering exchanges. Customers can return items for a refund and place a new order

Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached in order to be eligible for a refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders over $100 ship for free within the US

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Please allow 14-21 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be processed. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to issue your refund.

Any products not purchased directly through Bokeelia Bag Co. cannot be returned through Bokeelia Bag Co.

Any product received free as part of a promotion is ineligible for return
Bokeelia Bag Company reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.
DAMAGES
For all damage inquiries email hello@bokeeliabagco.com. Please include order number and a photo of your damaged item in your inquiry.
CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please review your order information before placing your order. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!
DELIVERIES
Please email hello@bokeeliabagco.com within 60 days of placing your order if there were errors in receiving your shipment.
